Summary
btop++ is a sublime utility. It’s fast, easy to use responsive, highly customizable, and presents the system resources in a logical and well-thought out way. The interface is a work of art.
We particularly like the software’s full mouse support, its easy switching between the various sorting options, and that it retains the same theme files used by the earlier incarnations of the program (bashtop and BpyTOP). We highly recommend this open source software.
btop++ has garnished over 7k GitHub stars. The program is under active development.
The developer is planning to include GPU support in a future release.
