FoxClocks – web browser extension

FoxClocks is an extension for Firefox, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Thunderbird that lets you keep an eye on the time around the world – or just your local time – by putting small clocks in your status bar.

FoxClocks is simple but powerful: if you like, you can just have your local time in your status bar. Or you can keep an eye on the time around the world with multiple clocks.

You can set each clock’s colour individually, or have a clock change colour during certain hours: for example you can make your Tokyo clock turn green when it’s a good time to Skype your friends in Japan.

Features include:

• Supports almost all timezeones.
• Zone Picker – browse virtually all the world’s time zones by geographic region.
• Explore time zones in Google Earth.
• Customize clock style, color, and alternate color.
• Choose standard time formats for clocks, or create your own.
• Watchlist panel displays all your selected locations and their current local time.
• Works even without an internet connection.
