In Operation
Here’s an image of Lettura in action. We’ve added a few feeds including our own feed.

The interface lets you search content from your feeds.

There are collections available, together with a list of your subscribed feeds. The software lets you change the order of your feeds, and use folders to organise them.
The Settings section offers customization:
- General – By default the update interval is set to manual, but Lettura can check your feeds every 1 hour, 6 hours, 12 hours, or 24 hours. The software lets you configure the concurrent number of requests, the option to purge articles older than a set period, as well as an option to purge unread articles.
- Appearance – choose from a light or dark color scheme. We can also change Lettura’s accent color, and change the view style (font size, line spacing, and line width).
- Proxy support.
- Show the keyboard shortcuts.
- OPML – import and export.
Summary
Lettura has only seen a pre-release so lots of things will probably change when the program is actually released. But it’s already a useful RSS reader with an attractive user interface (although the menu is redundant). We’ll be following the project for future releases.
