nuclear has the ability to download tracks to your local storage. The image below shows a download queue.
I don’t think I’ll be using this functionality. Most of the music stored on YouTube and the other content providers isn’t published under an open source license. With current copyright law, you’re probably ok to download tracks for personal use though, even though it breaches the terms of service of YouTube (Google).
The practice of downloading tracks is immoral in my eyes. Artists deserve to be paid for their work. Sermon over. At the end of the day, it’s really up to you to decide whether or not downloading tracks from YouTube for personal use is something which leaves a clear conscience.
