Stretchly lives in your tray. Clicking on the icon lets you pause and skips breaks, as well as the ability to customize the program’s settings (configuration is detailed on the next page).
In its default configuration, you’ll be prompted to take a microbreak of 20 seconds every 10 minutes.
You’ll get a popup notification 10 seconds before a microbreak (and 30 seconds before a break) preparing you for the forthcoming break. Here’s an example of notification for an imminent long break.
If it’s not convenient to take a (micro)break, you can postpone it, and after a specific time interval has elapsed.
