LintHTML is a configurable HTML5 linter and validator.
It checks markup against a collection of rules covering attributes, tags, accessibility, indentation, naming conventions and other common HTML problems. Rules can be enabled, disabled and configured to suit a project’s coding standards.
LintHTML includes a command-line interface, supports JSON, YAML and JavaScript configuration files, and lets developers change rule behaviour for specific parts of a document using inline configuration comments. Its architecture also supports custom parsers and plugins.
The project began as a fork of htmllint and retains compatibility with its rules.
